Great electoral triumph of the Palestine people!
Stop the imperialist and Zionist blackmail!

The triumph of the Movement of Islamic Resistance (Hamas) during the past legislative elections held on January 25th, where the parliament was renewed, and the new Palestine government have been a tough blow for the politics of the imperialism in Middle East.
The defeat of Al Fatah, which has been the principal direction of the Palestine people for decades, inside of the PLO (Palestinian Liberation Organization) before and after de agreements of Oslo in 1993, inside of the NPA (National Palestinian Authority), is a historical event.
The defeat of Al Fatah in hands of the Hamas (43 benches for the first and 76 benches for the second) is a conquest of the glorious Intifada that is still standing, in spite of the savage Zionist repression and the actions with which they tried to burry the right to their land and freedom of the Palestine people.
The Palestine people confirm with their vote what heroically they have daily expressed in the streets: the agreements of Oslo and, after their defeat, what was called the “route page”, do not express anything but the interests of the Yankee imperialism, the Zionists and a couple of capitalists and corrupts at the head of the NPA. That is why this is a defeat of the old direction of Palestine, a direction that pact and tried to make the Intifada fail, and is simultaneously a triumph of those who rejected those pacts and consequently faced the zionist State of Israel. That is what the Palestine people recognize to the Hamas with their votes, and the reason they won.
The Palestine people change their historical direction to keep on fighting! And even when we have differences with the Hamas direction, and with all political organizations that made of Islamic fundamentalism their cause, we recognize and respect today their character of legitimate government of the Palestine people in struggle!
Bush, and with him all the imperialist bourgeoisie, know what is the real content of the triumph of the Hamas, and that is why they started a furious campaign of blackmail and threatens, to force their direction to stay by the Oslo agreements and the “route page”, to force them to betray the cause of the struggle with which they reach the government. The threatens go from cutting the economic aid that the yankees give for financing the ministries of the old corrupt government, stealing to Palestine the money form the taxes and trade fees that for “gracious” of the pacts of Oslo the Zionist collect for them, to the total and open war.
Under any circumstance can the Arab people, the workers, and the people of the world in general, tolerate the auto-determination of such and heroic and suffering people, like the Palestine, to be denied with this vile blackmail!
We demand that all resources get immediately and with no conditions to the NPA.
We demand all governments of the world to recognize immediately the government of the Hamas.
We demand the immediate retirement of all Zionist settlements and the express prohibition for the Zionist army to enter to Palestine territories.
We demand the immediate liberation of all the Palestine prisoners detained in Israel territory and the right to return with no conditions for all the Palestine refugees.
We call all the workers, the left and the democrats of the world to begin immediately a campaign around this minimal points.
